About the Recruitment

Who Can Become a Delhi Police Driver?
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) exam or its equivalent from a recognized board.
- Driving License: A valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license is compulsory.
Age Limit (as on July 01, 2025)
Candidates must be at least 21 years old . The maximum age limit is 30 years . Age relaxation rules apply for reserved categories as per government norms.

Salary and Benefits
Selected Delhi Police Drivers will receive a good salary. The pay scale is between ₹21,700/- to ₹69,100/- per month (Pay Level-03). They will also get other allowances like HRA (House Rent Allowance), DA (Dearness Allowance), and TA (Travel Allowance).
Physical Standards for Male Candidates
Candidates need to meet specific physical standards:

Physical Endurance Test
