Salary During and After Training
During the training period at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), both male and female cadets will receive a stipend of ₹56,100 per month . After successfully completing training and joining the Indian Army as an officer, your salary will be set at the first level (Level 10) of the Pay Matrix.
