CSBC Bihar Police Driver Constable 2025: 4361 Posts Apply

The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar, has announced a new recruitment drive for Driver Constable posts. A total of 4361 vacancies are available in the Bihar Police and Bihar Special Armed Police Department. Interested students and job seekers can apply online from July 21, 2025 , to August 20, 2025 . All applications must be submitted through the official website, csbc.bihar.gov.in.

Application Fee

Candidates must pay an application fee to complete their online application. The fee details are:

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to pass the 12th (Intermediate) Exam or equivalent from any recognized board or institution in India. They must also hold a valid Driving License (DL) for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) or Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV). This DL must be issued at least one year before July 17, 2025 .

Salary Details

Selected Driver Constables will receive a salary according to Level 3 of the pay matrix. The monthly pay scale ranges from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 . Additionally, they will receive other allowances like House Rent Allowance (HRA), Dearness Allowance (DA), and Travel Allowance (TA).
